Users who are advertisers/potential sellers may only advertise products or services that they can sell orders for or that they have in stock, directly establishing the terms of the advertisement and all of its characteristics (such as title, description and image of the goods, price, category, quantity, conditions of sale, form and term of delivery, in addition to the form of payment).

To use Shoesnetworld services, the User must expressly accept the Privacy and Confidentiality of Information Policy, which contains clear and complete information on the collection, use, storage, processing and protection of the personal data of Users and visitors to Shoesnetworld. The User must register once, creating a nickname and password that are personal and non-transferable. Users are prohibited from advertising for sale or buying products that are prohibited or violate current legislation, as well as products that are considered prohibited by the website.Shoesnetworld has entered into agreements and partnerships with several authorities with the aim of promoting and encouraging the amicable resolution of disputes and avoiding the judicialization of issues that can be resolved administratively. Any person, hereinafter referred to as User, who intends to use Shoesnetworld services must accept the General Terms and Conditions and all other policies and principles that govern it. Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is absolutely essential to the use of the Sites and services provided by Shoesnetworld. The User must read, ensure that he/she has understood and accept all the conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policies, as well as in the other documents incorporated therein by reference, before registering as a Shoesnetworld User. Purpose: The services covered by these General Terms and Conditions consist of (i) offering and hosting spaces on the Sites so that Users can advertise their own products and/or services for sale and (ii) facilitating direct contact between Users who are sellers and Users interested in purchasing the products and services advertised, by disclosing the contact details of one party to the other. Shoesnetworld therefore enables Users to contact and negotiate with each other directly, without any intervention from Shoesnetworld in the negotiation or completion of business. Therefore, it is emphasized that Shoesnetworld does not provide any products or services advertised by Users on the Sites.

Capacity to register: Shoesnetworld services are only available to individuals or legal entities that have the legal capacity to contract them. Users who do not have civil capacity (with regard to individuals) or are not legal representatives (with regard to legal entities) are prohibited from registering, as are Users who have been suspended from Shoesnetworld, whether temporarily or permanently, without prejudice to the application of the legal sanctions provided for in the Brazilian Civil Code, in particular, art. 166, I; 171, I and 180.

Disqualification and suspension of users Registration: Only those Users who fill in all mandatory registration fields with accurate, precise and truthful information will have their registration confirmed. The User declares and undertakes to update the data entered in their registration (“Personal Data”) whenever necessary.

The User will access his/her account using an email address or nickname (login) and password and undertakes not to disclose this data to third parties, taking full responsibility for any use made of it. Shoesnetworld is not responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data entered by its Users. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, civilly and criminally, for the veracity, accuracy and authenticity of the Personal Data registered. The nickname that the User uses on Shoesnetworld may not be similar to the name Shoesnetworld, its brands and domain names or other intellectual property, nor may any nickname be used that insinuates or suggests that the products/services advertised belong to or have any relationship with Shoesnetworld. Nicknames considered offensive will also be excluded, as well as those containing the User's Personal Data or any URL or electronic address. Shoesnetworld reserves the right to refuse any registration request and to suspend a previously accepted registration, which is in disagreement with the policies and rules of these General Terms and Conditions.The advertiser acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for the veracity and content made available in his/her advertisement, exempting Seu Shoesnetworld from any liability in this regard, and also declares, in accordance with the law, that any properties advertised are in full compliance. Shoesnetworld may, at its sole discretion, carry out any searches it deems necessary to verify incorrect or false data, request additional data and documents that it deems pertinent in order to verify the Personal Data provided, and also use public or private databases, which the user may edit if he/she believes that such data is not up to date. If Shoesnetworld decides to check the veracity of a User's registration data and finds that there is incorrect or false data among them, it may use publicly available data or commercial databases to change or enrich the Personal Data, or, if the User fails or refuses to send the required documents, Shoesnetworld may temporarily or permanently suspend the account, without prejudice to other measures that it deems necessary and appropriate. If any of the following are applied:above-mentioned sanctions, the advertisements of the respective User will be automatically cancelled, and for this reason, he/she will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement. The User undertakes to notify Shoesnetworld immediately, and by secure means, regarding any unauthorized use of his/her account, as well as its unauthorized access by third parties. The User will be solely responsible for the operations carried out in his/her account, since access will only be possible by entering the password, which must be known and owned exclusively by the User. Under no circumstances will the assignment, sale, rental or other form of transfer of the account (including opinions and comments) be permitted. The same person will also not be allowed to maintain more than one registration, nor will the creation of new registrations by people whose original registrations have been temporarily or permanently suspended for violations of Shoesnetworld policies.Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions Shoesnetworld may modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time, with a view to improving and enhancing the services provided. The new General Terms and Conditions will come into effect 10 (ten) days after their publication on the Website. Within 5 (five) days from the publication of the new version, the User must notify us by email if he/she does not agree with the amended terms. The product or service offered by the User seller must be clearly described, containing all relevant characteristics. It will be assumed that, by including the advertisement in Shoesnetworld, the User expresses the intention and declares that he/she has the right to sell the product by taking orders or offering the service, in addition to having the product available for immediate delivery. The advertisements must contain, in a prominent manner, if necessary, the description of all taxes levied on the transaction in strict compliance with applicable tax legislation. The User also declares that, when publishing an advertisement, he/she has products in stock in sufficient quantity to fulfill his/her offer or supplies necessary for the production of orders.Shoesnetworld may remove those advertisements whose final price is not in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and its policies, is not sufficiently clear, or which allows for any type of doubt or variation regarding the price, in order to avoid any misunderstanding or misleading as to the final price of the product. The user must enter the quantity of products he/she wishes to sell and the price per unit or for the entire lot. If he/she has several units of the same product that he/she does not wish or cannot sell separately, i.e., a set, the selling user must enter the price of the set, being aware that the sales fee will be charged for the value of the advertised set, even if the user decides to sell, after the publication of the advertisement, one or more units, separately. Advertising other means of payment that are not expressly made available on the Sites is not permitted. If the advertising User violates the provisions of this clause, Shoesnetworld may edit the advertisement or request the User to do so, or remove the respective advertisement, in which case any amount paid or due in relation to the deleted advertisement will not be refunded.Payment processing: The user declares and acknowledges that payment processing depends on compliance with certain procedures, such as risk analysis and bank compensation, depending on the method used. Inclusion of images and videos: The user may include images and videos of the products offeredprovided that they correspond exactly to the advertised product, with the exception of intangible goods and services. The user declares and guarantees that he/she is authorized to include videos contained in his/her advertisements, and shall be responsible for any infringement of third party rights. Shoesnetworld may remove advertisements or videos that do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and other usage policies. The user acknowledges that Shoesnetworld may, at any time, disclose and/or adapt the images included in his/her advertisements for the purpose of classifying the products on the website, on social networks and/or any other means of communication intended by Shoesnetworld, without any cost to Shoesnetworld. The user also grants Shoesnetworld authorization, free of charge and without time limit, to publish and/or adapt the videos included in his/her publications, as well as his/her contact details, such as name, telephone number, e-mail, with third parties with whom Shoesnetworld has established commercial agreements with the aim of ensuring greater visibility for the products and/or goods advertised on the Shoesnetworld website.Only those products or services whose sale is not expressly prohibited by the General Terms and Conditions, other Shoesnetworld policies, or by current law may be advertised/offered. The policies concerning products whose advertising is expressly prohibited on Shoesnetworld are attached to this document. Responsibilities for using an Ad Integrator. The user, when using a third-party system to integrate their advertisements on the Sites (“Ad Integrator”), will be responsible for all advertisements made on the Sites in their name by an Ad Integrator, fully subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Use and other policies of the Sites. The user acknowledges that Shoesnetworld has no interference or responsibility with regard to the relationship between the User and the Ad Integrator. The user will be responsible for any charges and negotiations made by the Ad Integrator and may not assume any obligation or grant any right that may conflict with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Use and other policies of the Sites. The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the technology used to integrate the content on the Sites, and is responsible for any and all failures that may occur during the integration.Information Privacy: All User information or Personal Data is stored on high-security servers or magnetic media. Obligations of Buyer Users:

Users interested in purchasing products or contracting services advertised by sellers on Shoesnetworld must express their interest when the period of validity stipulated in the advertisement has passed. The advertisements have a duration corresponding to the type of advertisement and category chosen by the seller User, ending when the respective duration period expires or when the quantity of the advertised product runs out. The buyer User, after expressing interest in purchasing an item advertised through the Sites' tools, is obliged to contact the seller User and complete the transaction, unless the negotiation is prohibited by law or by these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Annexes or in the event that the seller User or buyer cancel the transaction by mutual agreement. Shoesnetworld reserves the right to establish other rules and additional procedures so that Users "with a negative score" (according to the "score meters" used by Shoesnetworld) can purchase a product or contract a service advertised by a User. seller. These conditions may include services offered by third parties, including, eventually, the payment of fees for the use of these services. Shoesnetworld also reserves the right to recommend, in the advertisements of Users with a negative reputation, that potential purchasing Users check similar products in advertisements of other Users with a better reputation. When expressing interest in a product, the purchasing User undertakes to comply with the sales conditions described in the advertisement. Offers will only be valid if made on the Shoesnetworld websites. As established by the relevant legislation in force, the Buyer User must require an invoice from the Seller User in their negotiations, unless the Seller User is making a one-off sale and does not fit the legal definition of a merchant/businessperson with regard to the goods being negotiated. Obligations of the Seller User: The Seller User must have the legal capacity to sell the product or provide the service advertised. The Seller User is obliged to contact the Buyer User to complete the transaction whenever they have received an expression of interest in purchasing the advertised item.The cancellation of purchase offers by the selling user will impact their reputation. Repeated cancellations until reaching a percentage equal to or greater than 5.00% of the total purchase offers received may result in the suspension or disqualification of their account. In compliance with current Brazilian legislation, the selling user must, in addition to providing clear and conspicuous information regarding any restrictions on the acquisition of the product or service, always indicate in their advertisements the essential characteristics of the product or service, including risks to the health and safety of consumers. The Seller User must also indicate in the advertisement any additional expenses that must be paid by the Buyer User for the acquisition of the product or service, such as delivery or insurance costs. All Seller Users who fall within the legal definition of supplier must also indicate the appropriate means for Buyer Users to exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase in relation to the products offered in their advertisements. When a transaction is concluded, the Seller User must, whenever and as provided, pay Shoesnetworld, in exchange for the services, the amount corresponding to a percentage of the advertised price. This amount must also be paid in cases where the Seller does not cancel the sale within the stipulated period, even if, in fact, the sale has not been completed. Since Shoesnetworld is not a party to the negotiations for the purchase and sale of services and products that take place between Users, the responsibility for all obligations arising therefrom, whether tax, labor, or of any other nature, will be exclusively that of the Selling User. Therefore, the Selling User declares and acknowledges that in the event that Shoesnetworld or any company in the group is sued or has a complaint filed against it by consumer protection agencies, the amounts relating to convictions, agreements, legal expenses and attorney fees spent by the company will be the responsibility of the Selling User who caused the transaction. If the Selling User does not complete the negotiation with the Buying User and does not cancel the sale within the defined period, an amount will still be charged in return for the services described. The value will correspond to a percentage of the advertised price, whenever and as foreseen, as if the sale had been completed. The Seller User must bear in mind that, to the extent that he acts as a supplier of products and/or services on a continuous or occasional basis, his offer binds him, in accordance with article 30 of the Consumer Defense Code and article 429 of the Civil Code, whose compliance may be legally required by the purchasing User. For security reasons, the User's account may be suspended, at Shoesnetworld's discretion, if it suspects any illegitimacy, fraud or any other act contrary to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Use or until the investigation and verification of (i) issues related to the User's suitability; (ii) legality of the negotiations carried out; (iii) pending complaints; (iv) lack of funds in the Mercado Pago account to cover complaints closed negatively against the selling User; and/or (v) excess of complaints. Taxes: Shoesnetworld is not responsible for tax obligations that apply to transactions carried out between Users. Buyer and Seller User. Therefore, the Seller User who acts continuously, in accordance with the law in force, will be responsible for all obligations arising from his/her activities, notably for applicable taxes. In the event that the Seller User receives a request for return or expression of right of withdrawal within 10 days, counting from the date of receipt of the product by the Buyer User. Likewise, the Seller accepts that Buyers request the exchange or return of the product under the terms of the Guaranteed Purchase program, up to 30 days after receipt of the product. Prohibited practices: Users may not, among other attitudes provided for in these General Terms and Conditions and their appendices: a) manipulate the prices of the advertised products; b) interfere in negotiations between other Users; c) maintain any type of direct communication, by e-mail or by any other means, except through the Website's question and answer section, with a User who is potentially his/her counterpart in a negotiation, before expressing the intention to purchase the respective item; d) disclose personal contact data by any means, in any space on the Website, before expressing the intention to do so.purchase of the advertised item e) advertise products prohibited by Videonline policies and by law; f) attack, slander, insult or defame other Users. These types of behavior may be punished with the cancellation of the advertisement, or with the suspension of your account as a Shoesnetworld User, without prejudice to legal actions that may occur due to the configuration of crimes or misdemeanors or civil damages that may cause to the purchasing Users, Shoesnetworld or third parties.Any attempt or activity that violates or contravenes intellectual property rights laws and/or the prohibitions stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of Use will make the person responsible liable to the relevant legal actions, as well as the sanctions provided for herein, and will also be liable for compensation for any damages caused. Sanctions Without prejudice to other applicable measures, Shoesnetworld may warn, suspend, temporarily or permanently, a User's account, cancel their advertisements or apply a sanction that negatively impacts their reputation, at any time, initiating the appropriate legal actions and/or suspending the provision of their services if: a) the User fails to comply with any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and other Shoesnetworld policies; b) if they fail to comply with their duties as a User; c) if they commit fraudulent or willful acts; d) if the User's identity cannot be verified or if any information provided by them is incorrect; e) if Shoesnetworld understands that the advertisements or any action by the User have caused any damage tothird parties or Shoesnetworld itself or have the potential to do so. In cases of suspension of the user's account, all active advertisements and/or offers made will be automatically canceled and the information that the User no longer belongs to the community will be included next to the User's name. Shoesnetworld reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request the submission of personal documentation and/or require that a User become ‘Certified’. Shoesnetworld is not responsible for technical and/or operational defects or faults originating from the User's system or third parties. Shoesnetworld is not the owner of the products or provider of the services advertised by Users on the Websites, does not hold possession of these items and does not make sales offers, nor does it intervene in the delivery of products, except through the contracting of Shipping services or in the provision of services advertised by Users on the Websites.Shoesnetworld is therefore not responsible for the existence, quantity, quality, condition, integrity or legitimacy of the products offered, acquired or sold by Users, as well as for the Users' ability to contract or for the veracity of the personal data entered by them in their registrations.
